Nutella Swirl Cupcakes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat together cannabis-infused oil and cannabis-infused butter until smooth.

Step 3

Beat in sugar until thoroughly combined and smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Reduce mixer speed to low to stir in the dry ingredient mixture. Increase speed and beat until smooth, about 30 to 40 seconds. Batter will be thick.

Step 4

Divide the batter among the 12 paper-lined cups. Drop about a tablespoon of Nutella into each cup. To create a marble texture, use a blunt knife to swirl the Nutella through the batter, leaving some exposed on top and burying some within the batter.

Step 5

Bake for about 25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the vanilla section of a cupcake comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
